There is a special time in Las Vegas where people join together, typically twice a year, for the most magical and dreamiest convention ever! The WWDMagic convention that showcases a huge selection of women's apparel.
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
This is a three day event that displays more than just apparel. This convention is so huge that it takes two convention centers to showcase everything! There are separate shows for footwear, accessories, fabrics, children's clothing and more!!
It was such a crazy experience going there for the first time and quite honestly, it was positively overwhelming!
So here are some trends that we found at Magic that will help you spruce up your wardrobe for the spring/summer. Remember that its all about versatility. If you really want to try a certain style out, grab a few items that you can mix and match to complete many outfits. Here we go!
1. Marigold Yellow and Lilac
These colors are fabulous for the springtime! It reminds me of the beautiful colors of spring flowers and soft fields of tulips. I love the color of marigold yellow because it can go well with almost every skin tone.
2. Animal Print
Yes, yes yes!! Animal print is still hot! This trend is still going strong and you don;t have to go basic with them. You can find animal print in many different colors! from hot pink leopard print to yellow snake print. I personally love this trend. In all honesty, it's my first time trying animal print, and I'm loving it!
3. Jumpsuits and rompers
What more can I say? There was at least ONE jumper at every booth. They are so easy to put on and have a complete look going!
4. The 90's
Seriously guys, the 90's are back! Cowl neck, scrunchies, handbags, tie dye and all! I don't get the tie dye craze yet but if you are feeling it, try it! Don't be afraid to try a new trend or to even try something new! Take it as an experiment. Try on an item or two and wear it all day. Try it, wear it and keep it if it makes you feel good.
I am digging the neon look so i'm so excited to try some for the spring/summer!
